AEG members got an up-close look at the amazing ICE District construction zone — including a 5 story deep pit that will one day serve as parking.

ICE District is great economic news for Albertans during an otherwise challenging time.

This multi-billion dollar sports and entertainment development is transforming downtown Edmonton and creating a diverse range of unique investment opportunities. ICE District will develop more than 25 acres in the heart of the city. Built around the 1.1 million square foot Rogers Place arena, the district will introduce 1.3 million square feet of premium office space, 270,000 square feet of retail space and more than 1,000 residential units. ICE District will bring more than 4 million visitors to downtown Edmonton annually.
